This is the official opening of our site and we have been working to get here for over 8 years. What we have for you does not come over night, a personal awakening can come fast but the work to bring it into form so that it moves people takes "time" to cook.

In the coming months we will be adding much more teaching, training and instructional videos as we move toward a teaching platform. And in the near future we will be adding our signature course and a membership site
